If a refund request is approved by EBECCE, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
In case the payment amount is deducted but the transaction fails, the payment gateway or bank will automatically refund the amount to your account within 5–7 working days.
